St Ignatius Statues respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Order details — name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and items purchased.
• Account details — if you create an account, your email and saved addresses.
• Messages — anything you send us through the contact form.
• Newsletter — your email address, and the date you subscribed, if you sign up at the foot of a page. We use it to send news, special prices and word of new pieces and photographs. You can unsubscribe with the link in every email, and your address is then no longer used.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, and — only with your consent — send occasional news. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, and never reach or are stored on our servers.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the shop (hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing and shipping carriers), and only as far as necessary to fulfil your order.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us.
