Before it is sent

Statues are heavy and breakable, so every order is packed by hand and checked before it leaves us. Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days. If a piece is out of stock we will tell you what the wait is before taking payment.

Delivery in Ireland

Hand-painted resin statues are posted anywhere in Ireland for a flat €15 per order, however many pieces are in it. You will get a tracking link by email when the order is dispatched.

Hand-carved marble statues are too heavy for the post. We deliver them ourselves to any county, at the delivery charge shown on each statue’s page, or you can collect from us in Termonbarry, Co. Roscommon once the order has been paid in full. Collection is free, and it is offered at checkout for any order. We do not publish the pick-up place: once you have paid, message Thomas on WhatsApp and you will agree together where and when to meet.

Outside Ireland

Our online checkout delivers within Ireland. If you would like a piece sent to the United Kingdom, the European Union or further afield, write to us: resin can be posted, and we will quote the full cost, with no handling charge added later, before you pay anything. Marble is delivered within Ireland only; for a marble piece going abroad, ask us and we will quote for it.

Orders going outside the EU may attract customs duty or import tax on arrival. That is charged by the destination country, not by us, and is the recipient’s responsibility.

If it arrives damaged

Send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the piece or refund it in full, including the postage. Please keep the packaging until the claim is settled — the carrier usually asks to see it. You do not need to pay to return a piece that arrived broken.

Changing your mind

If you are buying as a consumer in the EU or UK, you have 14 days from the day the order arrives to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send it back. You do not have to give a reason. Once we have the piece back in its original condition we refund what you paid for it, including standard outbound postage.

  • Return postage for a change of mind is yours to cover; return postage for a damaged, faulty or incorrect piece is ours.
  • Pack it as it arrived. A statue returned loose in a box will usually not survive the journey, and we can only refund what comes back intact.
  • Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of the piece reaching us.

Sizes and finishes

The height, width, depth and weight published on each product page are measured from the actual piece. Statues are sold at nominal sizes, so a piece described as 24in measures close to that rather than exactly. Hand-painted finishes vary slightly between castings; that is a property of the object, not a fault.

Questions before you buy

If you need a measurement we have not published, or you are trying to work out whether a piece suits a particular niche or plinth, ask us. We would rather measure it twice than have it posted back.
