About Outdoor

Irish weather is hard on anything left outside: rain most days, frost in winter, moss and algae in every season. For a garden, a grotto or a churchyard we recommend hand-carved marble, which the shop marks suitable for outdoors — it weathers slowly to a softer surface.

Hand-painted resin is made for indoors. If you want a particular painted figure outside, ask us first: pieces meant to stand outside are finished differently. Marble is delivered by us to any county, or collected free in Termonbarry, Co. Roscommon.

Can marble statues stay outside in winter?
Yes. Stand them on a firm, level base with drainage, and wash off moss gently in spring. Our outdoor care guide goes through it.
Can I put a painted resin statue outside?
Our resin figures are made for indoors. Ask us if you want one for a garden or grotto — outdoor pieces are finished differently — or choose marble.
How is a heavy marble statue delivered?
